As a one-stop custom metal component manufacturer based in Qingdao, the enterprise now realizes independent processing of all core supporting parts for fluid control equipment without outsourcing any key procedures.
The newly renovated workshop focuses on mass production of standardized and customized Stamped Parts. A full set of high-speed hydraulic stamping presses and automatic feeding devices are introduced to boost the forming precision of clamps, connecting lugs and elastic shrapnels. The upgraded stamping line matches perfectly with the Sheet Metal Parts workshop next door, where laser cutting, CNC bending and louver forming equipment produce heat dissipation housings, pipeline brackets and valve mounting backplates. The coordinated production of Sheet Metal Parts and Stamped Parts greatly shortens the delivery cycle of complete valve matching assemblies.
For core fluid control equipment, the factory operates an independent assembly workshop for various types of Valves. All internal supporting components of Valves are self-produced inside the plant. High-tolerance shaft sleeves, threaded joints and multi-hole cylinder blocks fall into the category of Precision Machined Parts, which are processed by five-axis CNC machining centers to meet strict dimensional requirements for high-pressure sealing. Heavy load bases and pressure-bearing supports for large-size Valves are made as Casting Products via precision investment casting, with stable structural strength under long-term heavy load.
To guarantee the mechanical performance of all fasteners inside Valves, the company expands its workshop for Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts. Bolts, lock nuts and valve blanks formed by hot forging and cold heading own uniform internal metal texture, delivering superior tensile strength and anti-fatigue performance compared with ordinary cast parts.
