Forged parts including bolts, locating pins, valve blanks and pipe lock nuts feature more uniform metallographic structure, greatly improved tensile strength and high-pressure resistance, which perfectly meet the internal locking and pressure-bearing assembly requirements of all kinds of box type Valves.
Relying on six independent production lines, Aoerxin can independently manufacture full-set accessories for fluid valves. Valve cores, high-precision adapter sleeves and threaded joints belong to Precision Machined Parts, with micron-level dimension control realized by multi-axis CNC equipment. Equipment protective housings and valve mounting supports are processed by bending and laser cutting as Sheet Metal Parts. All fixing shrapnels, mounting tabs and clamps are stamped into Stamped Parts. Heavy-duty valve bases and pressure-bearing supports are precision cast as Casting Products with stronger bearing capacity. All forged and cast blanks are processed in-house without outsourcing. The whole procedures from producing Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts blanks, casting blanks, sheet metal stamping, CNC precision machining to assembling complete supporting parts for box type Valves can be finished within the factory.
