Founded in 2000, Qingdao Aoerxin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest enterprises in Qingdao's machining industry specializing in professional external precision machining. In 2007, we successfully obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. To accommodate rapid business growth, the company invested heavily in establishing a manufacturing base in the Shangzang Industrial Park in Qingdao in 2010. We specialize in producing various copper valves and equipment components, and undertake large-scale sheet metal processing, cold heading, hot forging of copper products, as well as general mechanical machining for diverse metal products. Located adjacent to the Qingyin Expressway and the scenic area of the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition, our facility enjoys a pleasant environment and convenient transportation.
The company operates over one hundred pieces of main production equipment, featuring advanced manufacturing facilities and resources. These include precision instrument lathes, high-precision fully automatic lathes, digital display milling machines, punch presses, shearing machines, bending machines, high-speed Taiwanese precision CNC lathes, and automatic feeding machines. Additionally, we are equipped with comprehensive inspection and testing devices, such as toolmaker's microscopes, hardness testers, and projectors.
