Qingdao Aoerxin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently finished the expansion and intelligent renovation of its Casting Products workshop, further strengthening its full-process manufacturing capacity covering Valves, Precision Machined Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Stamped Parts, Casting Products and Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts. The expansion solves the bottleneck of heavy pressure-bearing component supply and realizes fully independent in-house production of all matching metal parts for industrial Valves, bringing shorter lead times and more stable quality control for overseas purchasers.
The newly expanded Casting Products workshop introduces advanced precision sand casting and investment casting equipment, which can produce complex heavy-duty valve bases, equipment support blocks and large flow valve blanks. Casting Products manufactured here feature compact internal structure and strong bearing capacity, perfectly matching the assembly demand of heavy industrial Valves used in hydraulic, chemical and water treatment pipelines.
To form a complete supporting supply chain, the factory coordinates multiple linked production workshops. Precision Machined Parts workshop equipped with multi-axis CNC centers processes valve cores, threaded adapters and positioning sleeves, achieving micron-level dimensional accuracy for tight sealing of Valves. Sheet Metal Parts production line undertakes processing of valve protective enclosures and installation brackets, while Stamped Parts workshop mass produces fixing clamps, connecting tabs and elastic gaskets with high batch consistency.
All internal locking fasteners for Valves are produced in our self-operated Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts workshop. Hot forging optimizes metal internal grain distribution, and cold heading ensures uniform thread precision, so Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts such as bolts and lock nuts can withstand long-term high-pressure cyclic operation without deformation.
