Recently, the new standardized sheet metal processing workshop of Qingdao Aoerxin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has officially put into mass production, further improving the company’s one-stop production capacity for full-range metal components. The factory also upgraded six major production lines covering box type Valves, Precision Machined Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Stamped Parts, Casting Products and Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts, delivering integrated customized supporting solutions for global buyers of fluid equipment and construction machinery.
The newly built workshop focuses on mass production of Sheet Metal Parts, equipped with fully automatic CNC bending machines, laser cutting and CNC punching integrated equipment. It realizes high-precision batch processing of equipment protective housings, pipeline supports, valve mounting backplates and other sheet metal products, greatly improving surface flatness and dimensional consistency, which can perfectly meet the external protection and fixing requirements of all kinds of box type Valves.
With years of experience in hardware component manufacturing, Aoerxin has built a complete closed-loop production chain. High-precision non-standard connectors, shaft sleeves and valve cores belong to the product line of Precision Machined Parts, with tight tolerances controlled by multi-axis CNC equipment. All kinds of clamps, shrapnels and mounting tabs are formed by stamping as Stamped Parts, greatly boosting delivery efficiency. For pressure-bearing components such as valve bases and heavy-duty supports, the factory independently develops precision casting lines for Casting Products with stable blank strength. Locking bolts, positioning pins and forged valve blanks are all hot and cold forged in our own Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts workshop without outsourcing, so material quality can be controlled from the source.
With the launch of the new sheet metal workshop, the company realizes full independent production covering forged and cast blanks, hot & cold forged fasteners, stamping & sheet metal processing, CNC precision machining and complete assembly of box type Valves. Overseas buyers can purchase a full set of assemblies including Precision Machined Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Stamped Parts, Casting Products, Hot Forged & Cold Heading Parts and matched box type Valves in one order, effectively cutting costs of communicating with multiple suppliers and shortening overall lead time.
Our products are exported to mainstream industrial markets including Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, widely used in hydraulic fluid systems, automation equipment, water treatment valve groups and construction machinery.
